About

Hurricane Ida made landfall on August 29 as one of the most powerful storms ever to hit the U.S., causing massive power outages and flooding in Louisiana and Mississippi — including New Orleans. In partnership with Bright Funds, Pinterest has selected this list of organizations to provide relief in the affected areas. This fund includes national organizations providing vital relief alongside with several community based organizations identified by our partners as doing particularly critical recovery work at the grassroots level.
