In partnership with The LaunchDarkly Foundation, we’ll be allocating resources to nonprofit partners aligned with the needs of our ERG’s community. The selected partners for our LaunchDarkly Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Fund support civil rights, education, and full participation in the American political process. LaunchDarkly will directly contribute $5,000 and match up to $400/person

NALEO Educational Fund

NALEO Educational Fund is the nation's leading 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that facilitates full Latino participation in the American political process, from citizenship to public service.Founded in 1981, NALEO Educational Fund achieves its mission through integrated strategies that include increasing the effectiveness of Latino policymakers, mobilizing the Latino community to engage in civic life and promoting policies that advance Latino political engagement.NALEO Educational Fund provides national leadership on key issues that affect Latino participation in our political process, including immigration and naturalization, voting rights, election reform, the Census and the appointment of qualified Latinos to top executive and judicial positions.

Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities

The mission of HACU is to champion Hispanic higher education success.  HACU implements its mission by: promoting the development of member colleges and universities; improving access to and the quality of postsecondary educational opportunities for Hispanic students; and meeting the needs of business, industry and government through the development and sharing of resources, information and expertise.

Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund

MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund) opened its doors in 1968, founded by Mexican American activists from throughout the southwestern United States to pursue civil rights for the Latino community through the legal system. MALDEF promotes social change through advocacy, communications, community education, and litigation in the areas of education, employment, immigrant rights, and political access. Consciously modeled on the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, MALDEF has earned, through its history, a reputation as the “law firm of the Latino community.” Today, nearly half a century after its founding, MALDEF continues to vigorously pursue a mission of protecting and promoting the civil rights of all Latinos living in the United States.
